0023: How to use carbohydrate diet for weight loss?

What should I remember the first five days of carbohydrate weight loss program? Energy that the body uses comes primarily from carbohydrates. And while it gets, the body prefers to "work" with them, rather than the accumulated fat.

But when you do not eat carbs, the body starts to draw from its own sources of accumulated fat that is already causing weight loss.

Remember!
During the first five days of carbohydrate diet program for weight reduction should not ever eat carbs. The most important thing is not to retreat or a step away from this principle! During the first five days of weight loss are allowed:

Meat:

    
* - Lamb,
    
* - Beef,
    
* - Beef,
    
* - Pork,
    
* - From young piglets,
    
* - Steak,
    
* - Schnitzel,
    
* - Minced,
    
* - Grilling,
    
* - Ham,
    
* - Neck
any kind of meat in any quantity and in any kind of culinary (only not breaded with breadcrumbs), no sausage and dry meat.

Birds:

    * - Chickens,
    
* - Geese,
    
* - Turkey,
    
* - Pheasants,
but not filled.
 

Fish:

     * - All fish, including canned, prepared in different ways (with the exception of mussels, shrimp, caviar).

More food allowed in the weight loss carb diet.

Salads:
 
     * - The salads are particularly useful for weight loss diet restriction of carbohydrates. This is especially true for green salads (without restrictions). Not recommended roots, cucumbers and radishes.

Other foods are allowed:


Eggs:

     * - Cooked in all ways.


Cheese:

     * - Any hard cheese 100 g per day (to prohibit melting white cheese and cream cheese).


Fat - vegetable, first:

     * - Olive oil
     * - Oil
     * - Margarine
     * - Can oil
     * - Mayonnaise
     * - Bacon.


Spices:

     * - Salt (in moderate amounts - retain water in the organism)
     * - Pepper
     * - Mustard
     * - Horseradish
     * - Vinegar
     * - Parsley
     * - Saccharin.


Beverages:

     * - Mineral water
     * - Drinking water
     * - Spring water
     * - Weak tea
     * - Coffee (up to three cups a day)
     * - Juice of one lemon (no sugar).


Soups:

     * - Beef and chicken broth.

Everything listed here you give a free weight loss, but there are still recommendations.
