0022: Allowed foods for weight loss.

When using carbohydrate diet, the food selection is more important than its quantity. The key is to choose foods with minimal carbohydrates. These are:

     * - Meat
     * - Cheese
     * - Eggs
     * - Fish
     * - Lettuce,
     * - Fresh cucumbers,
     * - Cream, radishes,
     * - Mayonnaise
     * - Parsley
     * - Oil
     * - Margarine
     * - Spices (salt, mustard, horseradish, pepper)

All these foods allow excellent, varied menu and very practical. This diet can lose weight from 2 to 4 pounds during the first ten days.


This principle is much more practical and convenient for compliance, rather than hourly calculation of calories, accompanied by restrictions in the diet. There is logic in this, right?

Losing weight is a process accompanied by significant changes in the body. It is therefore not a good idea to put these stressful changes depending on the continuous calculation of calories.
