0018: Jogging helps in weight loss, if applied gradually.

To achieve healthy and lasting effect on weight loss jogging is required gradual and patience. The first 1-5 weeks limit by 5 to 10 minutes fast walking. Next 5 - 10 weeks gradually increase the load to 15 minutes, turn and jogged.

By 15-20 weeks increase the duration to 20 minutes, slowly move to full running (jogging). Optimal load for maximum weight loss, you have to keep after the 20th week is 20 minutes slow jogging daily.

Later, when you have enough training and mood, you can experiment with the faster pace of the race variable, but for the purpose of weakening, it is not at all necessary.
