0013: Change the mode of weight loss.

If a weight loss regime is applied repeatedly, but without visible success, it is better to return to the mode varied diet:

     * - Fat dairy products (4-5 times daily);
     * - Yogurt (natural or fruit);
     * - Cheese;
     * - Fish;
     * - Lean meat (chicken, turkey, rabbit, veal - 2 times daily);
     * - Vegetables (fresh or roasted with a minimum fat);
     * - 1-2 fruit per day;
     * - Some bread, no pasta works.

And it should last about 4 months. To achieve the effect of sustained weight loss with optimum results, you should seek specific advice of nutrition specialist or endocrinologist.

It should be borne in mind that many medications stimulate increased weight (hormonal contraceptives, antidepressants). If you take these medicines need to consult with a nutritionist or a specialist for changes in diet.
