0011: Loss weight at rest.

Even at rest, certain authorities and systematic work, and therefore perform metabolic processes, including consumption of energy and matter - a person lossing weight even when in repose.

One feels a need for energy due to the above reasons, even when in repose. This demand is called primary metabolism. It is explained by the fact that

    
* - Heart
    
* - Kidney
    
* - The brain,
    
* - The liver,
    
* - Lungs
    
* - All authorities
work without a break and "draw" continuous energy. The heart of man at rest rhythmic contraction and relaxation is about 70 times per minute. For an hour they are hit 4200.
Just for one minute the heart pumps 5 liters of blood in the system of blood vessels of the body, and one day are 7200 liters! Similarly, the question stands with lung and any other internal organ, not to mention the brain and thinking.
It is clear that even when a person is at rest, energy consumption does not stop ... and it weakens. The question is whether this is enough to offset the assumed amount of food during the day. Consumption at rest is obviously not enough.
When traveling, when carrying out any activity, energy consumption increases. And now, combined with certain restrictions in diet can bring about noticeable results in weight loss.
